Might and Magic VI: The Chaos Conspiracy (TCC) is a fan mod for Might and Magic VI: The Mandate of Heaven, developed by Jeff, HodgePodge, The Maestro, Big Daddy Jim and Oleg Lunin[1]. It came out in two parts in 2009 and 2010[2][3]. In Russian it is known as «Меч и Магия 6: Заговор Хаоса»[4].
Releases
- Big Daddy Jim announced the Beta2 release of the first part on the Celestial Heavens forum on 5 June 2009[2].
- Part 2 was announced on 15 January 2010 by "the TCC Development Group and Big Daddy Jim"[3]. It takes place on a new world, Nimradur[1]; the Russian description promises the legend of that world's origin[4].
- Celestial Heavens hosts a mirror of the mod's files[5].
Russian version
MMGames.ru offers a Russian version, crediting Mikhail Titov for the translation[4].
Legacy
The release thread is one of the largest mod threads in Celestial Heavens' Might and Magic forum, with over 900 posts[2]. In August 2019 DaveHer began The Chaos Conspiracy Redone, writing that the original was made by Big Daddy Jim and later modified by Maestro[6].
