Should we prohibit discussions about politics at the forum rules level?
Rationale: Some forum users, in that thread, are engaging in open propaganda, which creates discord among participants and mutual hatred. In these times, political topics are very sensitive, and there is too much temptation to express one's opinion on them. Due to the large number of irreconcilable positions, this leads to trolling, mutual insults, and ultimately resentment. On other forums where I participate, political topics are prohibited in all sections, and there is no such chaos. The forum members there are more friendly due to the lack of opportunity to argue on a political or interethnic basis.
