Rules
1. Game according to standard ХВ rules
2. SoD version 3.2 (4.0) + HD mod + HW_rules_mod patch. The latest stable version is used. By mutual agreement, players can play on any other version, but in this case, they agree on the rules and settings themselves.
3. Bidding for the choice of City and Color. Clarifications:
- For mirror templates, city #1 is chosen.
- A pair of identical castles are played by default.
- When playing with the same cities (including on mirror templates), there is a bidding war for the right to choose a hero. Players take turns (first, the one who won the bid for color, then his opponent) crossing out one undesirable hero from the complete list; then, the players inform each other about how much gold they are willing to transfer to their opponent for the right to make the first choice from the remaining heroes.
- It is possible to regenerate a pair once for 500 coins at the request of either player. This is done immediately after the pair appears, before the start of the auction. If the same pair appears later, it will be automatically regenerated. If a pair appears with one of the cities that were involved in the regeneration, no further regeneration takes place.
4. Chess timer, as specified in ХВ rules.
5. Restarts: 113 on all regular templates and 111 on mirror templates.
6. Mage Guild rebuilding is enabled on all templates except skirmish.
7. Templates. Let there be many. Minor adjustments are possible.

h3dm1. Timer 21:00+08:00+01:15 (as for XL+U). It is forbidden to pass through shifted guard posts.
