I have experience working 4-6 hours daily. But that's not for me. I prefer a shift-based schedule. For example, working intensely for a week, regardless of the hours, and then taking a week off. Or at least 3 days on, 3 days off. Although they say such a schedule isn't very good for your health, I go crazy from the daily routine, when you do the same thing, even if it's only 4 hours, every day.
