The discussions and votes around CIS-2017 showed that there is a notable demand in the Heroes community for a club tournament that would be affordable in terms of both cost and geography.

With that in mind, the idea arose to hold such a tournament in the city of Korolev, roughly around the same time as CIS-2017 (the May holidays, as they are very convenient).

Game days - from May 6th to May 9th (4 days), all of which are holidays.

Arrival and departure dates are arranged individually - you can arrive early (on the afternoon of the 5th), or just in time on the morning of the 6th. The same applies to departure.

Depending on this, the number of nights at the hotel ranges from 3 to 5.

Prices are available on the hotel website - a double room with the discount costs ~1500 rubles per person per day, a quadruple room 850 rubles per person per day, meals 800 rubles per day (optional).

No other expenses (banquet, tournament entry fee) are expected.

Thus, a 4-day visit in the "double standard + meals" format will cost ~9000 + the cost of the conference hall (depends on the number of players and the required hall size). How to reduce this amount is described above.

Mini-noster in the hotlist - with guards going to the computers in 3K - is absurd. To make it playable, these guards need to be at least 4.5-5K.

I selected templates based on the principle of "which ones are most often played in HotA." An odd number was needed for the check, so I discarded Mini-Nostra, as it is played less frequently than the others.

If HotA 1.5 is released in time, we will add Mirror Jebus Cross and Mini-Nostra to the template pool.
