Lesha, in that game you could only have lost by making about 10 own gross errors; naturally, your move didn't decide anything. But I cannot wrap my head around why you did what you did after reloading — spent half a hero's turn to take an artifact shop in the bushes, already knowing in advance that the Dragon Utopia you took in the original course of events didn't really give you much. I understand that you would never have returned to this shop because in the original play-through you were running further into the treasure area for relics and Dragon Utopias. Why violate the rules of the game so brazenly and cynically when you're already dealt a winning hand? Just because everyone doesn't care, and therefore you can do whatever you want? Because only one and a half people play in the community and everything will be overlooked? Checking which collections the opponent has gathered via the console every turn, setting up and periodically using an upgrade scanner "because it's nonsense when your upgrades aren't hitting like that."

As the head judge, I want to state my position.

Regarding the first violation, I made a decision that was indeed lenient, but it was in strict accordance with the rules, and disqualification should have been applied! My motives are simple: I want to maintain the activity of strong players, and it didn't matter to me whether it was Moz or another player; Moz just happened to be the one who did it!
I apologize to the players who were offended by this; I wanted what was best! In any case, after the tournament, we can open a discussion about Moz's behavior and make far-reaching decisions.

The second case was already outside the scope of this tournament, but I didn't realize that right away, and I was ready to ban Moz. I believe that repeating moves after a disconnection (not a reload) is mandatory!

I ask all players to calm down, finish the tournament, and then calmly discuss the situation and make decisions! In future tournaments, I will judge strictly according to the rules, so don't get caught!:D

I attacked this guard three times, and each time the game froze. Not just froze, but it caused the computer to hang. I had to force-quit the Heroes process and reboot the computer. Eventually, I changed my strategy and attacked the guard a week later with a full army (returned to the mentor in the treasure). The archliches were wiped out in one turn, and I easily captured the artifact. So, I consider this a bug in Heroes (either a map bug or a template bug – I'm not sure exactly). But I had to change my strategy after three freezes. Otherwise, we wouldn't have finished the game. From the opponent's perspective, it looked like I had disconnected, but in reality, the game was completely frozen.

After wasting time trying to start the game, we agreed to a draw. Kirill couldn't install Hamachi, and I had issues with it and some other programs; we couldn't resolve them.

I think the problem is that those who can't install Hamachi either have some "permissions" issues, for example, in the built-in firewall, or they have an old Hamachi distribution in their system, but something is definitely wrong with the settings. For the future, I suggest that judges consider the player who can't install Hamachi as more responsible for the disconnection (Hamachi as an additional program after the Ranger).
p.s. but in general, the second player should also check their settings (I had a case where Hamachi wouldn't launch and the Ranger wouldn't connect, and in the end, it turned out to be a problem with the settings, and it took more than a day to solve).
