The irony is that I can laugh in the face of anyone who talks about a healthy lifestyle.

- I played sports from the age of thirteen to twenty.
- I never smoked (except for once when I decided to try, but it was just a couple of puffs).
- I hardly drank alcohol (less than ten liters in my entire life).
- I didn't use drugs.
- I didn't overindulge in sweets, fatty or spicy foods; in general, I didn't overeat.

I know people who do all of the above and don't do the first thing, but they are a hundred times healthier.

Well, why, I drink coffee and eat plain cookies without any additives...

This is bad energy, my friend, there's too much crap around in general!

It would be great to adopt a healthy lifestyle while living in the CIS. But if we had been drinking, smoking, and using drugs since school, like all normal people, we would have been running around healthily until we were thirty or forty, and then it wouldn't matter so much anymore; the average life expectancy would adjust and balance things out.

I recently had to call an ambulance. It all happened because I allowed myself to eat a fried cheese pastry. A day later, I felt terrible, I thought it was appendicitis, but no, it was just a small pastry plus a change in my diet.

Well, that's funny. This month, I had a period of about ten days when I felt so awful, worse than when I was in the hospital for a month – and right before that, I was blaspheming a bit in a conversation with someone :D

Sometimes I feel like it would be better if I couldn't eat anything at all, rather than suffer from a lack of willpower and a ton of delicious things in stores -_- Sorry if I offended anyone.

If you couldn't eat anything, you would suffer from the fact that you can't eat anything.

There's nothing to compare it to, and I tend to jump to extremes when I'm emotional.

Here's another thing. Sorry for bringing this up in a male company, but I'm a girl, and that means every month I'm tormented by an overwhelming desire to change my gender. It's worse than chronic illnesses; I'm lucky that sometimes I can even get through it without medication, but sometimes it's much worse.

Maybe someone is sitting there, perfectly healthy, smiling, enjoying delicious food, having just taken a hit, and then – bam! – they suddenly die from whatever. Or someone is walking down the street, successful, happy, content, and then they find a neat little dagger right under their ribs. You can't envy that person anymore! A person has died, and they can't be brought back. They won't eat lobster and foie gras anymore, and they won't drive a fancy sports car. Or a person is born without legs, it happens. They drew the short straw in life, their mother was a drug addict, and their origin is "the lower class," what can you do?
Instead of listing all your biological vulnerabilities, do something good. Hug Drakkosha, whisper in her ear, "It's so good that we know each other, my dear." Take a pencil in your hand and draw some crooked apples until your fingers cramp up. Read, think, play, talk. Meow-meow, you are such a good, sweet, wonderful, sensitive creature, don't be a jerk, be a sweetie!
