- I played sports from the age of thirteen to twenty.

- I hardly drank alcohol (less than ten liters in my entire life).
- I didn't use drugs.
- I didn't overindulge in sweets, fatty foods, or spicy foods; overall, I didn't overeat.
I know people who do all of the above and don't do the first thing, but they are a hundred times healthier.
