Okay, I'll answer all the questions in order:
1) You can participate without a microphone - I'll comment on it later myself (the main thing is a full recording of the game itself).
2) Wlk777 did indeed submit an application to participate through the player Yarik1987. We are in contact with him through Yarik. Before the start of the tournament, I will contact everyone - if he confirms his participation again, then he will definitely be there. He won't be streaming, but he will be recording his game at home using Bandicam or something similar.
3) How to choose a castle on the mirror map? I think there's only one option - full random (that's why repetitions are allowed on it)...
4) I also support banning the selection of starting heroes on Skirmish (I'll make changes to the header now).

For me, it will actually be even more convenient if everyone records. Refusing to stream is a great precaution in any tournament – even if the opponent doesn't watch, I have often witnessed viewers spoiling information about the opponent to the player. Streaming with music and commentary is like a recording without sound for me – in both cases, I have to re-voice everything myself. There is less work only with video without music. In this regard, the ideal streams for me are those of Dirty, Lizard, and Costa (the music is barely audible and can be drowned out by the hero's music).

And who of the banned players did I invite? DBAT – he is not participating and will help with checking the saves (since most Hv players refused to help). And who else? VLK777 – isn't he the winner of Fb on Hv?

And in general, my policy regarding unfair players is this: if you want to play, play, but for each violation = technical loss. And they will be under closer scrutiny. And if you don't let them play at all, they will create new accounts and continue to play anyway (changing the OS, network card, and IP address is not a problem these days)...

Detecting violations falls on me and the judges, and I am sure that they will do it based on experience. Therefore, videos and saves are needed as soon as possible after each match.
