Let's say three people participate in a contest: participant A, B, C, and D. Participant A received the following scores: 5, 6, 7 Participant A did not vote. Participant B received the following scores: 9, 7. Participant C received the following scores: 8, 8. Participant D received the following scores: 7, 10. The average score for participant A is 6. The average score for participant B is 8. The average score for participant C is 8. The average score for participant D is 8.5. Participant A should be in last place, but if you calculate everything using summation, they will be in first place based on the scores. The system with the average score is objectively better. But I have to thank you – you prompted me to recheck something, and I discovered that a column with votes from Fragment was missing from the calculations, and it was recorded after the contest had started.
