I'm curious to hear from those who have completed all or most of the scenarios: which ones were particularly challenging for you, and which ones were the easiest?

The most difficult one for me was the one about Raileigh. I hate missions with time limits...
And the campaign I liked the most, strangely enough, was the one about the Queen. ==)
And one more thing – in the last mission for the Elves, why are there so many objects to place? Even a powerful computer starts to lag...

Finished playing all the scenarios on "Hero" difficulty. Here are my thoughts on the scenarios. Let's start with the most difficult ones, in order of difficulty. Iron Throne I struggled with this scenario for several days. It was difficult for me to start as a Dwarf, even with Tolgar's overpowered specialization. The enemy was constantly outpacing me in development, and I could only defend myself in the early game by calling in reinforcements from the Castle. Once I got a little stronger, things started to go faster. Days of Flame This scenario also took me a few tries. It has a very difficult start. In the beginning of the second week, you are besieged by Warlocks. You need to quickly build up an army, defend against the Warlocks, break through the garrisons, and capture Castles. I barely managed to hold out until I captured the first Castle of the League of Shadows, and then it became easier. Battle Cry of Freedom I lost with the main hero the first time, and completed the scenario with a non-quest hero. Here, you can't delay with the mages, and you need to defend against the human army. It's easier to do this from the Castle, but I had to defeat them on ships, and I managed to win the battle. Now, let's move on to the easiest scenarios. Chalice of Thunder You can basically breeze through this one. Gather an army and sail to the island for the artifact. Knight of the Dragon Order This is quite easy to complete. The only thing that makes it difficult is the poorly designed tasks. Maahir's Gambit Again, this is an easy scenario. Clear out the mines, build up your Castle, give all your units mini-artifacts, and then go and easily defeat Zoltan and collect the artifacts along the way. Diplomat There are no problems here either, you just need to gather an army for the battle with the black dragons. Temptation You can just go through and calmly clear everything out, and then punish Markel. Dark Messiah This can also be considered an easy scenario. There are no problems here either, especially after turning Sareth into a demon. As for the other scenarios: Challenge The start is difficult, but after the battle with Synitar, it becomes much easier. In Search of Power This is a relatively easy scenario, but sometimes you have to run around a bit. An Eye for an Eye It's not a difficult scenario, but you will have to put in some effort. Island for One This is not a difficult scenario, but it is quite tedious. You can't complete it quickly; you have to spend time on the boring task of gathering an army and leveling up heroes. Refugee It's quite tedious to defend against a bunch of AI opponents, but the scenario is still relatively easy. The Last Flight of the Falcon This is a medium-difficulty scenario, or slightly below. If you don't dawdle and level up correctly, you can defeat Miv. It's harder to fight her in the open field, but there shouldn't be any problems in the Castle. Agraal's Trial If you do everything quickly and efficiently, the scenario won't cause any problems. Otherwise, you may find yourself unprepared for the appearance of four demons, but the witch can help you there. A Tear for Ossir The biggest problem here is chasing after the AI opponents; I even had to level up a second hero. But they didn't put up much resistance. Almost all the hints are easy to figure out. Race Against Time The first battle with Grok is difficult, but after that, it becomes easier. New Enemies This is a relatively easy scenario; you just need to gather an army against the elementals, especially against the water elementals. Alliance I lost the first battle against the mages because of slow development. But the next time, they didn't put up much resistance at all.

For me, the most challenging ones were:
Battle Cry of Freedom - a terrible mission with a huge number of units; it was very difficult for me.
Dark Messiah - the beginning is very difficult, especially for the hero, and sometimes you can't even survive the first attack by the Necromancer; I spent at least two days on it!
Diplomat - I cursed this mission because of the annoying condition of not fighting with mages; there was even a time when they invaded my lands and almost attacked my city; fortunately, I managed to complete the task, but I was very stressed. The easiest ones were:
The Last Flight of the Falcon - the first scenario I completed and my first game as Demons =) (I even remember running around with Jezebel when she still had the skin of Biara).
Trial of Agrath - it wasn't exactly easy, but it was of medium difficulty; the main thing is not to make mistakes and clear the map.
Alliance - also a very simple scenario.
Maahir's Gambit - one of the easiest scenarios, in my opinion; the Necromancer has no chance, especially in Hammers of Fate. Zoltan with 2,000 skeletons simply fell apart. I can't even remember the others; I didn't have time to play Hammers of Fate properly.

Dark Messiah - It has a very difficult start, especially for a hero, and sometimes you can't even survive the first Necropolis attack, I spent about two days trying!

I agree, these were the scenarios that caused the most problems.
