Hi! The text isn't displaying at all, only punctuation marks (English version 3.1 is installed). Is there a way to change something in the settings (font or something else), or will I have to reinstall the game with the Russian version? If so, where is the best place to download it? Thanks!)

As far as I remember, I didn't change the in-game font, and in the English version, it simply doesn't recognize Cyrillic characters, but I might be wrong. Do other maps work normally?

Unfortunately, I don't have other Russian-language maps installed (I used to, but on a different computer), but it's clear that the game simply doesn't recognize Cyrillic. If reinstalling the game is the only solution, could you suggest where to download a working version without glitches? If there's another way to fix it, that would be even better. Thank you!
To be honest, it's difficult for me to give you any specific advice, as I can't remember where I downloaded a good Russian-language version of the game. Try searching online; perhaps you can find a solution to the problem without reinstalling the game.

Or maybe replace the "texts.pak" file? I would replace the existing one with a file from the Russian-language version – if it doesn’t work, I’ll revert everything back. Can you send it to me or upload it somewhere? It’s not more than 6MB.

Yes, everything is working so far. I'm not a very good player, but if I manage to complete your map, I will definitely write about it.
In general, I finished it on the weekend. It took me more than 16 weeks to complete. I chose a defensive tactic and only built an outpost at the end of the second month. Then I defended the castle for a very long time, but when I got the Tome of Dark Magic, things started to improve with the use of the "Berserk", "Dominate", and "Vampirism" spells. The defense mainly consisted of destroying the enemy catapults in the early turns and keeping the walls intact. After I firmly established myself in the castle, I switched to attacking the dwarf castles. I fought with a combination of "Archangels" and "Erathian Defenders". With each conquered castle, the amount of money in the treasury increased, and the rest of the game was not a problem. But it was tough at the beginning! Thank you for the map!!!)))
It’s good to know that the map turned out to be quite challenging, as intended, and still presents difficulties during playthroughs. Previously, there were some very useful tactics and tips for completing the map in this thread, so if they are needed, they can be referenced.
Wouldn't it be possible to add a couple of garrisons? For example, instead of the wooden gate at the human castle, have a garrison; and at the entrance to the dwarf gate (1st line of defense), have a garrison...
