I wanted to change a few more things in the system and skills, but I decided not to. We'll play with what we have.
Regarding "timing": I might be active as early as 10 PM or as late as 2 PM, so my activity in the thread will be dynamic.
Regarding descriptions, typos, unfinished elements, etc.: some aspects may not be entirely clear from the descriptions I've provided, or there may be situations where certain elements of the mechanics contradict each other or don't work as I'd like. In all these cases, I reserve the right to change the mechanics as the game progresses.
Regarding character sheets: they will be recorded in Google Docs, each in its own file, formatted simply and without images. From my experience in previous games, I've learned that digging into the code every time to fix a couple of numbers isn't for me.
The development of the colonization mechanics (second act) leaves something to be desired, but I won't abandon it.
Regarding mortality: I will try to reduce the level of frustration in this regard, but overall, the system remains unchanged.

I think I'll just create a regular mercenary now. Forget those damned Ratislavs.

Not much of a tank. Seems like nothing went wrong. Hopefully, the stats are good. Maybe I'll add something else to the inventory later.

Shushuk was unhappy with the lifestyle his people led, so he decided to follow in the footsteps of his father's brother, who was also a mercenary in Illinar. When he was very young, without telling anyone, he set off for Illinar. Incredibly, luck smiled upon him, and he found his uncle, who took the aspiring mercenary under his wing. Thus began his life in a foreign land, far from home. But Shushuk didn't miss home; he enjoyed what he did and never regretted leaving.
For the past fifteen years, he has been taking on all sorts of contracts and assignments that require protecting someone from various bandits and other lawless individuals. The orc is also willing to deliver small valuable goods. During his time in Illinar, he managed to earn a reputation as an honest mercenary and a good warrior.
- Hey! Kalg! Three more pints of ale for me! - shouted the drunk orc across the tavern. However, none of the patrons paid much attention to him, because Elshushuk was a regular at this tavern, and everyone had gotten used to him. Actually, his name is Shushuk, but because of his love for ale, they started calling him Elshushuk, and the nickname stuck.
- Maybe you should stop for today? Otherwise, you'll drink up all my supplies," said the innkeeper, approaching the orc's table.
- My dear sir," replied Elshushuk, raising his index finger. "I will decide when I've had enough."
- Alright, three last pints, but only because you're my friend.
- You got it!
The latest contract brought Elshushuk a considerable sum, so he decided to celebrate the event properly and commemorate his three Ghaerthian comrades who died while carrying out the contract. He had worked with them for a long time, and their death was quite upsetting for Shushuk. Quickly finishing two pints, the orc climbed onto the table and began loudly shouting a verse from an old and well-known song.
- Everyone drinks here: the old owner drinks, and his hostess, a whore, she’s already drunk, the warrior drinks, the priest too, a man with a red face drinks, a girl drinks and has fun, a servant drinks with his mistress, he drinks... - before finishing the verse, Elshushuk fell off the table and hit his head, losing consciousness.
The orc woke up in the tavern's storage room. It was early morning. His head hurt terribly, and his bladder felt like it would burst. Shushuk jumped up and quickly ran outside to relieve himself. After taking care of business, the orc discovered that the pouch with gold coins that hung on his belt was gone.
- Elulu-Suentza damn it! - exclaimed Elshushuk and ran back into the tavern.
Finding Kalg just waking up, Shushuk grabbed him by the shoulders and started shaking him.
- Kalg, my gold

while I was unconscious! Can you believe it? I almost died earning it!- Calm down!" interrupted the innkeeper. "I have your gold. I took it for safekeeping so it wouldn't be stolen while you were passed out."
The orc snatched the bag that Kalg handed him, estimated the amount of coins at a glance, and hugged the innkeeper tightly.
- Thanks, buddy. It definitely would have been

if it weren't for you.- You need to be more careful with money and hugs.
- Sorry about yesterday. I just needed to get drunk to somehow cope with what happened.
- I understand. Losing comrades isn't easy.
- Eh!" sighed the orc, waving his hand. "Alright, I'll go now."
- Okay, bye.
- See ya...
A saddened Shushuk slowly walked home.

Did you specifically create the Orc to be the opposite of the Arandor Elf?

The speed bonus won't do much, because of the armor penalty.
Paralysis depends on the target's willpower; did you calculate the chance?
So, either damage or health. It's hard to say which is better. I'd venture to guess that further increasing hit points is not effective.
