New here? I'm Roha — want a quick tour?
"3 is an insult to 2,"
4 is an insult to the entire series.
But let's analyze all the parts (excluding 4 and WOG) and see how each part is "worse than the previous one."
I, for example, see only improvement and deepening, and not an insult. After all, if nothing had changed, we would be playing a 16-color nightmare with a squeaker instead of music! What is your opinion?
"The third game is an insult to the second,"

The 4th...... complete chaos and confusion.......
Kyle, I almost completely agree with you, but I still think that the 4th installment is a step sideways, even diagonally, and the 5th, if you go from the 4th, is half a step to return to the "general path of development" and half a step forward...
and a bunch of patches to fix bugs:D

Let there be new heroes, but the old ones should be mentioned as the great warriors of the past!
That's a good point; the plot doesn't really connect with the old one; only the name "Griffin Empire" remains.
I have the impression that the developers glanced at the fourth game, took some ideas from it, and then forgot about its existence. In fact, they could build a continuation of the plot: Much time has passed since the days of the Great Heroes; the former glory of the Griffin Empire during the times of Catherine and Roland has been lost, and so on.
In general, I am already interested in what will be in the sixth part, if it will be made. There is room for improvement, but I agree that the history should not be forgotten.

That's why I also think that the third part is the best.
The fifth... You won't believe it, but I can't force myself to play it more than a couple of times a month...
