It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas - 7. It's all good - pleasant music, pleasant voices, but nothing particularly outstanding.
Livid Halcyon - 8. Pretty good, it even has a chance to get into my playlist. Maybe 4 years ago, I would have given it a 10.
Korpiklaani - 8. Actually, when Revan announced that there would be such a contest, I immediately thought of Forest Clans. I don't have many purely Christmas songs in my player, and the winter atmosphere (specifically, the festive fun, not the "winter sadness") is primarily associated with this band. In general, it's probably a 9, but the popularity (read: overplayed-ness) of this song has brought it down a bit.
All I Want For Christmas Is You - 8. A classic, no doubt about it (3). I was thinking of submitting it myself, but in a different version.
Snegodyai - 6. It's funny, but this kind of humor isn't really my thing right now; I would have given it a higher score about 5 years ago.
Aliev Beatz - 7. Not bad, even though I'm not a fan of "trap music".

I don't even know what a "great" Christmas song should sound like, and I didn't think about the contest for too long; I just submitted something that I was literally playing yesterday as part of a university group in a New Year's music program

Where is Gurchenko's song about five minutes then? Since I didn't submit anything, and I'm in a good mood, I won't be picky or give scores lower than five, even if the song is terrible. So, if a song that deserves a 1 and a song that deserves a 5 end up together, sorry. Crayon Pop - 5, I do love Asians, but I didn't appreciate this one, sorry, Revan. Abba - Happy New Year - 6, it's a good song, but it seems like it was already in one of the contests. And it's not cheerful, but something cheerful is needed for New Year's. Christmas Rap - 5, cool, fashionable, stylish, youthful. Wizard - 5, not cool, not fashionable, not stylish, not youthful. Jingle Bells - 5, it's awful. It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas - 5, well, this one is honestly a 5, no exaggeration. Winterlove - 5, bring back my 2007. Vodka - 6, VODKA. At least something cheerful, and what's New Year's without VODKA? Although, let's be honest, the track isn't about New Year's... All I Want For Christmas Is You - 8, well, I said I would give decent scores, and the song is pleasant. I think it's even the best of the ones submitted. Snegodyai - 6, why isn't there a song about putting a tangerine in your mouth? I can't really call it a song, but it sets the mood. Merry Christmas - 5, shall we shake our butts in clubs? Happy Xmas - 5, a bit boring song, although overall it's okay.
