This creature resembles a cyclops; basically, if you paint a cyclops and attach a few stones to it, you'll get an interesting monster, but it takes quite a while to create.

Ideally, it would be better if the creatures didn't repeat. The stone monster and the beast are both based on the cyclops.
I think you could make a decent brick out of the old Ent model.
You can also take chains from ghosts or something, or maybe Cyclops have their own.

We could come up with something for this as well, but we need to remember which creatures haven't been used yet. An angel wouldn't fit, the devil has already become a minotaur, dragons are not suitable, and only the titan remains, but it's a difficult option.
There are also runes for the Dwarves; you can give them the Stone Skin effect when they teleport.
