Describe what stopped me before I grabbed the sword!

But is that even allowed?

Who said it wasn't?
Well, I don't know...

You could shoot him with a sword to make him fly further away.

I think it's not entirely fair to those who have already passed away.

Actually, I was just joking about stopping. It's not entirely fair, and besides, you've already said that my character is doomed. But even if you let me survive, I won't complain! :D
If I die, I might create a Halekhid-archaeologist with a dead god.

He didn't even think about Elisael's feelings when he grabbed his sword; only death can fix that.

No, that's just too overpowered, guys. I can give you one of the NPCs, or we can create a sailor from Lutiel's ship.

If he hadn't thought about it, he would have told her to grab it. :)

No, this is somehow unfair, gentlemen. I can give you one of the NPCs, or we can create a sailor from Lutiel's ship.
It's not about being unfair, but rather about the fact that the presence of this character can be justified on the island. I was already thinking of making a mage-halekhid with the scholar ability as my second character, in case I die.

No, this is kind of cheating, gentlemen. I can give you one of the NPCs, or we can create a sailor from Lutiel's ship.
Create the owner of the hut, I'm telling you.

Whatever

Before leaving, Thanasius decided to take one of the skeletal swords with him.
As soon as Thanasius touched the sword, he felt the weapon draining his life, but he could no longer let go. In a fraction of a second, Thanasius turned into the same kind of skeleton that guarded the skull and attacked Alaina.
The issue isn't about cheating, but rather the fact that this character's presence can be justified on the island.
The problem is that the mage from the hut will be stronger than you. But I'll think about it.

Yeah, those swords are useless. Why even bother picking them up...
