Inferno – that’s what demons should look like. In Heroes of Might and Magic III, they looked more like a pack of red, tailed mutants.

I wonder what the Dark Elf will tell us... I like them.

If I'm not mistaken, for the Dark Elves, the level 4 monster will be Hydras, not Black Dragons. I think the Demon Castle is a good choice... although Necropolis is also appealing. By the way, is the set of spells in Heroes 5 known?

Before this, I liked Necromancers the most. I collected a set of "liches" – and that was it.

Now, after looking at the screenshots of the beta version, I don't really like the Necropolis faction – three out of seven monsters are four-tile units (dragon, undead, and lich), i.e., levels 5, 6, and 7 – effectively, you won't be able to deploy all the powerful units on the battlefield... I don't really like the idea of large (four-tile) monsters, considering the size of the battlefield – why such huge animations, why simplify the gameplay to just a simple shoving match on a 6x8 area? They practically ruined my favorite faction in Heroes... and, frankly, this is a problem for almost all factions now:eek: :mad: awful!!! :(

I like the Dark Elves, but I would prefer to play as demons and devils.
