In my opinion, the developers didn't include enough maps in the game... I'd like to have more...
Where can I get them?

Here, take a look:

In the DATA folder, there is an archive with the same name. Inside, in the maps folder, there are 10 more unused maps for multiplayer and one scenario map. To make them work, you need to copy the MAPS folder from the archive into the DATA folder. Then, in the folders with the inactive maps, create a map-tag.xdb file and fill it in similarly to the files with the active maps.

I only have 3 files in my DATA folder:
data.pak
sound.pak
texts.pak

I tried too... Maybe it's in the 4th game... or a non-licensed version... I tried to unpack data.pak, but there's nothing there... only system maps... To the author or whoever managed to extract them and post them on the forum... Please, put them in the archive!

Bloody Lakes (L)
Six factions control the Bloody Lakes, six irreconcilable enemies. The war between them has ebbed and flowed, and now the waters of the lake have turned red again.
Battle of Suitors (L)
The most beautiful woman who ever lived in this world was Elena, and the richest kingdom was the one she inherited. It's no surprise that Elena had no shortage of suitors vying for her hand in marriage. Competing for the right to court Elena, the most powerful heroes began a "war of suitors." Only the winner could hope to marry the young, rich, and beautiful woman.
Allies (M) (2x2x2)
This can happen when previously irreconcilable enemies must join forces against a common enemy. However, if their opponent is not a fool, they will also find an ally to deflect the threat. In some cases, a third force is also drawn into the conflict. This is exactly what happened once on an archipelago called Barren, when three armies clashed in a deadly battle, each commanded by two heroes. Their ability to control their troops determined the outcome of the war.
Rose of Winds (M)
The Valley of the Rose of Winds was considered a hidden place by many. Legends say that here, in the beginning of time, Urgash, the Dragon of Chaos, fought against Ashah, the Dragon of Order. It is believed that one of those who control the valley gains a portion of the power of the primordial dragons. The battle for the Rose of Winds – and for power – begins.
Lord of the Seas (M)
Anyone who reaches the southern lands by sea – the Silver Cities, Erish, the territories of the Desert Orcs – must sail through the Heron's Neck canal through the Border Islands. In the past, the islands were useless strips of land, but now fleets of ships sail through their waters, cleared of Orcish pirates. Because of this, many want to seize these lands in order to later charge a fee for passage and the right to trade with the south.
No Man's Land (M)
After a long and brutal war, the Dungeon lost its power. The rulers died, and the inhabitants left their underground cities. But while the victors divided the spoils, the former allies became enemies, unwilling to give up an inch of the conquered land.
Last Hope (M)
Trouble always comes unexpectedly. For the inhabitants of Happy Island, wealth and luxury were so commonplace that they didn't even notice when the mines, their source of prosperity, were depleted. Now they will have to fight for their happiness with weapons in hand. Perhaps the legendary artifact, the Tear of Ashah, hidden somewhere on the island, will help one of the groups achieve this goal.
School of Sword and Magic (S)
Everyone knows the names of great generals and powerful mages, but only a few remember the names of those who fell victim to the power of the victors. There was a time when they all – victors and vanquished – began together, honing their skills in the arenas of schools that taught them swordsmanship and magic. However, even after this, only the most gifted were able to complete their training.
War of Worlds (XL)
Ten years ago, after an earthquake, the once-divided continent became whole again. In its place appeared a narrow strip of land, which became an arena for the endless battles between the armies of two worlds: for nothing was holding them back from conquering the neighboring land.
Peninsula of Desires (XL)
In the crater of an extinct volcano, a lake once formed. In the center of the lake, on an island, lies a mysterious city. It is said that in this city, all desires come true. The problem is that when one of the six contenders achieves their goal and captures the island, they are left with only one desire – to survive.

Can we please have a more user-friendly password? I can't even remember what creatures were in Heroes 2 anymore.

The password for my archive is as follows: "the name of a 3rd-level creature in the Dungeon castle from Heroes of Might and Magic II. The name should be written in Russian, in the singular form."
