I haven't played this map yet, but I checked it in the editor. The blue tent is located at cell 22,45 on the overworld, and the path to it is blocked by black gates and a black border guard. Probably, you need to act as dorrian42 described. The map editor is h3maped.exe in the "Heroes" folder.

I have a problem. Centaurs spawned on the path to the hero King Arthur, who is on the water. I can’t reach them. What should I do?
