Yes, it will boost!

30% from expert spellcasting;
5% from the undertaker's amulet;
10% from the necromancer's cloak;
15% from the dead man's boots;
10% from each necromancy enhancer;
20% from the grail.

Necromancy enhancers provide a +10% effect until
the total spellcasting skill reaches 100%.

For example, if your hero has expert spellcasting (30%),
all artifacts (30%), and the grail (10% + 20%), the total will be 90%.
