That's right, the funds have arrived, and we are now discussing the regulations. Streamers can submit preliminary applications here; the limit is 8 people, and I will also be participating.

8 people seems like too few, there are tons of streamers, I can list about 20 right off the bat.

When you say "streamers," are you referring to those who stream regularly, or those who will be streaming all the games within this tournament?

If you can reach an agreement with him to have more than 8 participants, including those who haven't streamed before but are interested in starting, then that's fine.

I'll address the main points right away: increasing the number of players is unlikely (in my opinion, and there won't be more than 8 on the stream, a couple from overseas will probably decline ;)), the selection will, of course, be closer to the streamers who play and stream most often (and definitely those with a good voice), and regarding the rules and templates, they will be available in a day or two.
