So, there are less than 2 weeks left until the tournament. Tomorrow, I will discuss the final details and make a prepayment for the venue, so I would like to know the number of participants coming from out of town and those who are local. So far, the following have preliminarily confirmed their participation: ZeShevaneysyan, Sticky, Lizard, Vatya, Preds, Just, Nitro. Vigo, Num, Khivanna will be there to cheer, drink, and play. A couple more people from Moscow are still undecided. Is this correct? If so, please confirm your attendance. Locals: Me, Ayve, Player, Yelkarog, Sanin, Falcon, Cobra, Stomper will be playing. Matrosof, Vikk, Nestor86, Jewelmask will be cheering for the players and drinking to their health. If I have listed anyone incorrectly, please let me know.

I just got to my computer and looked at a few options — there are many hostels in the right area, with rooms for 2, 4, 6, 8 people. A room for 8 — price is around 550-600 rubles per day, for 6 — 700-800...

Anyway, think it over and decide — from my side, I can only recommend the closest one with reasonable prices and conditions (I have a day off tomorrow or the day after, so I can go there and check things out)

Now I'm starting to worry about the hostel :))) If we're talking about the topic, the hostel is a problem. Either we need to negotiate renting the whole thing under our conditions, or it's a no-go... People will be arriving at different times – some at one, some at two, some at three... No admin will agree to that... Renting a three-bedroom apartment for 18 people? Well, if you can negotiate decent terms (and warn them in advance that it will be a bit chaotic), then it's fine... Where should we move it to? March 8th??? Or should we finish it off offline, like last time? Personally, I don't care; the only things that bother me about the hostel are the time and noise restrictions...

We could rent a cottage. There are many of us; we can each chip in a couple of rubles and rent a mansion for three days. We can have a party and grill some shish kebabs in the yard. In our region, you can rent a six-room house with a sauna for 10 rubles per day; I think you can find something cheaper near St. Petersburg. And in our age of technology, almost every house has internet access. You can set up a powerful router and play Heroes and have a party without even leaving the yard.
