Since the May holidays are a very popular time and the tourist center is in high demand, it is necessary to book the room fund; this is planned to be done after the New Year holidays, so I created this topic without delaying.

TOURNAMENT REGULATIONS, (see attached file at the bottom of this message)

Prize Pool Formation:
1. Organizers 20 000 rubles
2. Tournament participants 2 500 rubles (Entry fee for each tournament participant)
3. Spectators 0 rubles
4. 10% rake from the first poker tournament

Approximate minimum accommodation cost for one true-hero player for 7 days (based on two people in one standard room):
1. Room fund: 3 days (weekdays) at 1 000 + 3 days (weekends) at 1250 + 1 day free = 6750
2. Holiday banquet:2300
3. Conference hall fee (based on 40 people) = 25000\40 x 7 days= 4375,

Total: 13425 rubles for seven days of stay.
For this amount, you receive accommodation, breakfast (buffet), a luxurious holiday banquet, use of the sports complex with a pool, sauna, hammam, etc. (1 hour per day), and naturally 24-hour use of the conference hall, free access to the football and volleyball fields, free karaoke, etc.).
Regarding the complex scheme for using your own alcohol: there is a point that for regular users of this tourist center, bringing your own drinks is FORBIDDEN, but for us it is ALLOWED. However, to avoid creating unhealthy excitement and envy among other visitors, such a scheme was devised, although as I understand it, we might be able to do without it; we will discuss the options on-site.
One last question regarding full board: ordering full meals is welcome but NOT MANDATORY, so decide on your meals at your own discretion.

Conference hall fees and entry fees are not charged for women and children.

Meals: As mentioned above, breakfast (buffet) is included in the cost of stay. Here is what it consists of:

Also, for comparison, I want to present a comparative analysis of the cost of accommodation, meals, etc. between CIS 2014, which was held in Minsk, and CIS 2015 Volgograd (cost indicated per day)



On average, a day of stay in Minsk with meals, prize pool contribution, and hall fee cost 2216 rubles

In Volgograd, a day of stay for a true-hero player including full board and holiday banquet, without the prize pool contribution (as it is not yet determined) and hall fee, will cost 2667 rubles. This amount can be reduced if, for example, you opt out of full board or order only part of it, such as lunch or dinner.

But it should be noted that for this money we also get a luxurious banquet and free use (1 hour per day) of the sports complex with a pool, sauna, hammam, hydromassage baths, etc. (the cost for regular visitors is 250 rubles per hour), and a very high level of service and relaxation, which is objectively higher in class than what was in Minsk (although I personally had a great time in Minsk)…
Near the base is the final stop of a shuttle taxi (fare 15 rubles), which can take you to the village (5-10 minutes), where there are plenty of various cafes, mini-markets, and chain stores (like Magnit, Pyaterochka, etc.) where you can organize your own meals.

Tournament rules are under development; Dirty_Player has been appointed as the head judge, and assistant head judge is Kobra. The development of Rules and Regulations has been fully entrusted to them!!! We look forward to seeing everyone in the hero city of Volgograd; here you can not only participate in the tournament but also enjoy a high-quality and full vacation!!!
