On the main page of the forum http://www.HeroesWorld.ru/forum/, I added a welcome panel at the top, which also includes some statistics and information about the latest changes on the forum.

Here's another small design update. You can already see it by opening any forum topic :). I've tried to make it a bit more organized and visually appealing.

If anyone has any objections to this update, please post them here.

Small icons for indicating topics and polls have been updated.

Added a column to the main page of the forum: "List of users who visited the portal today".

Status changed from "Has not left a single message" to "Observer".

There are now 33 posts per page.

Factions have been added to the profile of all users. So you can choose.

A complaint was received regarding the malfunction of the "quick reply" form. The bug has been fixed. The issue was that the hosting provider had implemented protection against the technology that enabled the "quick message" feature, but now it is available again.

The appearance and the form of ranks have changed. Now it is an image of a Castle and creatures advancing on the "Rank Ladder," depending on the number of your posts. You can choose a Castle in Profile Editing. In the Factions column, you need to select the Castle you want. The Castles are taken from Heroes of Might and Magic 3. If you do not choose a Faction in your profile, you will automatically advance on the rank ladder of neutral creatures, the composition of which has not yet been determined. The levels of the ladder depend on the number of messages (a total of 14): 1. 5 2. 10 3. 30 4. 60 5. 100 6. 150 7. 250 8. 500 9. 750 10. 1000 11. 1250 12. 1500 13. 1750 14. 2000 This is the first version of the system, which may change in the future. So, today, May 19, 2006, is the official release of Heroes of Might and Magic 5. I think it would be democratic and fair to add, as an alternative, the faction ladder from Heroes 3 alongside the faction ladder from Heroes 5. And all of this can be used at will. Now, a couple of checkboxes have been added to your profiles, which will provide this alternative.

The mod is finally installed, and it is nothing other than a mini-chat located on the forum's main page. The chat is integrated into the forum and therefore requires no additional installations (Java, Flash Player, etc.).
- To send a message to the chat, type it in the mini-chat bar and click "say"
- "Clear" - clears the input bar specifically, not the list of messages.
- To send emojis, you can either remember their code or click "Smiles," which will slide out a panel with emojis
- If the messages are long and you want to read them more comfortably, you can click "Mini-chat, statistics >>>" and a full-screen version of the chat will open, where you can only read messages and view message and user statistics.

One of the suggestions from the "Any suggestions and improvements" section has been implemented. Now, users on the portal are displayed as follows:

A modification has been installed on the forum to prevent a user from posting multiple consecutive posts within a short period of time.

A small option has been added to each user's profile in the navigation menu: navigation -> control panel -> options -> additional -> news subscription.
