My vision:
Gnolls, Lizards, Basilisks, Gorgons, Wyverns - these could stay... but I didn't really like the Gorgon in the 3rd part... just some kind of bull =( they should change her into a more terrifying form...
As for the snakes... I didn't like them at all; the flying dragonflies also need changes or should be replaced with other flying creatures...
Now, who will be the 7th monster in the Castle is the question, since there is already a Hydra...
