Started playing because of the Minotaur external dwelling and the Dwarf Cottage. In the end, both zones are very poor, no main, nowhere to level up. On the second week, I bought Sempiroth, took the minimal Dwarf Cottage, and doubled my mana. Having Bolt at 110 and 60 mana, I decided to rush quickly, but I got rushed instead :( Gunnar, with an unreal army and good battle stats, forced me to write GG.

Dungeon again, again a good external dwelling — the Eyes, a very convenient exit into a rich treasure zone, but again there’s no money at all, 1 treasure chest for both zones. So the game is extremely slow-paced; I was about to enter the treasure zone just when they came to kill me :smile10:, but fortunately Juristis makes a mistake and can’t attack Darkstorn due to a lack of 1 movement point. On my turn, I take 2 Dragon Fly Hives in the aforementioned treasure zone — 8+8 and set my sights on the well and 2 more Dragon Fly Hives. On his turn, Grindan attacks. We have nearly the same amount of mana, but I have 8 spell power, while the opponent has 5. I manage to win due to the advantage; Grindan runs away. Then we ran around a bit more and GG.

Actually, the correct superfinal is played as a best-of-three. But if the winner loses, they essentially drop down to the losers' bracket (they hadn't been there before) and then another best-of-three is played.
I myself played a superfinal under the current system in some m200 tournament, and being in the winners' bracket, we just played until someone reached 2 wins. I won the first game, then lost the next two. Considering that I had already beaten this same player earlier in the tournament in the winners' bracket (sending him to the lower bracket), it felt quite strange. But since that was the regulation, I didn't object.
