Here is the real result, without any glitches or bugs, 10-19 efreet sultans blocking everything. On turn 126, I did a lot of useful things, such as killing 3-4 of the opponent's heroes and capturing two castles, including the opponent's necropolis. The opponent, with his red hero, repelled him with his entire army and settled on the hero. Spent all resources, opponent alone. We started.
At respawn, the good stuff: dragon fly hive for 50+ gr with wolves, dragon fly hive for 20+ gr with ogres, chain+4 for 10+ gr with djinns, hive for 20+ gr with griffins, pandora for halberds and gr with wyverns. There's a stable and a market.

I find a Dungeon town. Great, I can portal the birds. But then for some reason I take a fairy hive with Ivor. Fail, oh well. Nothing much to do until 117, I take the pandora for 5k xp with halberds, fight minor battles, run around the stat boosters, collect resources. By 117 I build a chain through all the respawn goodies.
At 117 I take the dragon fly hive for wolves, the army to the hive, hit the griffins but don't dare take the hive, I have almost nothing left except 4 birds, and it's big (turned out to be max). I break through the djinns for the chain, take the second dragon fly hive. Set up a portal, birds.
At 121 I have as many as 18 birds. There are 2 ГО - near the main and near the secondary Dungeon town. The Dungeon has gr nagas. I send Gundula there, double mana, hit them. I run along the path, reach the opponent's ГО.
At 122 I take angel wings for 20 giants, 3 hives (that's 18 wyverns) and a shield +4, all for bears with gs. I died 3 times on them with scouts, it was too many, 40 of them, and no oil.
Then Shakti hits the ГО (rusty ones) and approaches me. Army: 39 wyverns, 4 angels, 6 minotaurs, and 9-1-1-1 mantises. Combat stats roughly like mine, magic weaker.
At 123 I take the pandora for a hundred snipers - xp, then for a hundred cyclopes - all the earth. I attack Shakti.
I played the final battle terribly, exposed my wyverns to scorching, but the impla and birds carried it.
