Big respawn, decent amount of gold, resources available, 2 necromancers show up. In the end, Septienna becomes the main hero — got Earth magic. During the first week, I clear the respawn and the adjacent zone. At home, nagas in the fort. On day 121, I enter the treasure zone, then break through to other treasure zones, scouting all 3 secondary heroes in them. It was a bit chaotic, but overall fine. On day 124, with power, mana, and mass slow, I stand at the entrance to the opponent's adjacent zone on the road. A surrender follows. Thanks for the game!

Even with Ufretin as the starting hero, I managed to reach the prison with Melodia — there were 3 stacks there, and also 3 stacks at Malcolm. I had a bit of gold and decided not to tempt fate and play a middle build. Too bad there was no hero; Alkin was in the tavern. I decided if there's no one good under him, I'll level a warrior. Thank God, Andra was under Alkin, and we had a new leader. Slowly took the secondary, captured all resource mines except sulfur. At home, cavalry in the Citadel.

On 121 I took the gold mine and stood in front of the Treant huts for the treasure zone. There was a Castle village there; I quickly built a 2nd level guild in it because the only useful thing in Necropolis was the wave. I picked up a +4 hat, then straight to the well, a box for 2nd level magic, a quest artifact, medusas on 8. On 126 I broke through air elementals for Teleport, then Grindan jumps out, carves up my elves with his Pit Fiends and attacks himself with 2 Wyverns, flies, and 2 Skeletons. I kill the Skeletons with remaining Grand Elves, Bolt the Wyvern, second round — Death Wave, Unicorns finish off the almost dead goose. Well played.

There was a chance for a positive outcome when I was only 2 moves away from Ivor, even though he had more troops. I had 52 gold, 6 hounds, and lightning on level 95 with 80 mana (advanced air magic), while he had only 15 mana. However, on his turn, Ivor retreated into the darkness, and I didn't pursue him. Instead, I took his main town. A few days later, Ivor emerged with 5 (or 4) angels and completed a couple of quests for 20 crosses, making it impossible for me to win. Thanks for the game!

That was a game. Tan leveled up to 17 after clearing the 2nd treasure, which apparently relaxed me too much and led to a series of incorrect decisions, as a result of which I lost.

We started playing without restarts.
I got Citadel, opponent got Dungeon with Shakti, but in the tavern there was Galtran and with a scout on the adjacent zone I spot the Cloak of Necromancy, the respawn is small and poor, but there is a Griffin Conservatory, I thought for a very long time whether to take a restart or not, based not on the outcome of the game but on common sense, I probably should have taken the restart.

The first two days I hung around the respawn, took the experience stone, captured a village, fought off chests, the adjacent zone is Rampart, there was a decent amount of stuff there, besides the cloak +10% necromancy, 4 crypts, a 300 harassment army, necro guards, Gosh was leveling up, seemed good, but not for m200, logistics, attack, at the end gave Earth + Tactics. After clearing the adjacent zone, I break back home on day 121, where bears are standing in the citadel, I check the Griffin Conservatory - level 3, bones already 250, 2 bears 5 birds, a feast, I take it without problems, sacrificing all the birds on two morale boosts from full stacks, bones already 300.
Then I'm about to run to my native treasure zone (the guard there was earlier cleared by a scout hero, and I scouted a grave, the rest under the block), but at this time Shakti breaks through his GO to the center, but then only sends a scout hero, and the army returns to Dimer. So I turn around - break my own GO, Galtran with 2900 movement points (expert logistics + boots), cut down the scout hero and run to the treasure zone with hives, along the way there's a war of scout heroes in which I take losses in numbers but don't let the opponent pass into the treasure zone, constantly chasing away his unreal mages (60 mana, 4 spell power). In the treasure zone I collect three hives for 20 Wyverns and a grave for +15% to Eagle Eye. Dimer shows up in the necro treasure zone, which I originally wanted to go to (it turned out to be almost empty - a box for 60 bones and a couple of upgrades with a grave, I think there was a shield +4 which the opponent got).
On day 127 Dimer takes my main, but doesn't take the secondary, I break out to Galtran in the village and run to my castle, where after chasing away Labetta I stay under the castle, hoping that there isn't very much gold there, and I have way more meat, and if Dimer stays in the castle, I'll most likely break through, but I was wrong.
First, there was a lot of gold there, plus a ton of resources which were traded from 5 markets for about twenty thousand gold.
My meat: 370 bones, 3 angels, 2 bears, 20 ducks, 7 wolves, a few goblins.

First Labetta attacks - kills an angel, buys back.
Then Dimer attacks with my growth and 21 spearmen, kills all the angels, leaving only 3 units with 8 speed, while I have only 1 goblin with 8 speed, fortunately the opponent makes a mistake by being greedy and gives away the game.. Haste on the skeletons follows - all birds dead, and the opponent doesn't buy back, the skeletons have 8 speed - I have the first turn (the opponent has two goblins with 8 speed), Haste on the wolves, they cut down the single goblins, and the 20 ducks finish off the 20 spearmen, bringing victory.

On turn 123, I defeated the enemy's units with bears from the Garrison, which were guarding the Castle. I successfully killed them, took the book, and settled in a Dungeon village to replenish mana. On turn 124, I break through to the opponent, take a Pandora on 45 harpies. Of course, I don't regret spending mana on all this, as the plan was to go back to the dungeon and double my mana, but I'm missing one wood to build a market, so I have to attack. I managed to win, but it was very difficult. Thank you for the game!

You're acting like an old woman gossiping in front of the building, keeping track of who comes and goes. Do you really need that? From the outside, it doesn't look good, and that's my advice to you. Focus on your games, pay more attention to your skills, and let the organizer handle the deadlines and punishments.
