4000 Archers are effective with any tactic.

Around 2002, we were playing a Heroes tournament at a club. A Warcraft tournament was happening nearby. We had one match left, and I was getting nervous. I hadn't played Warcraft before, so I loaded up a map, and a paladin was running around, dodging sheep and saving girls. I started playing. Then, Hvoost, a strong player in both Heroes and Warcraft, sat down next to me and started loudly criticizing my slow gameplay. He tried the game himself and scored much fewer points. He got angry, played again, and still scored much less. When Andryukha started complaining, Kannabis, who was also very good at both games, joined in and also lost. By that time, the Warcraft tournament was interrupted, and pure Warcraft players started trying to beat my score, but they couldn't... They told me that I had chosen the wrong discipline and that I should have played Warcraft. I tried it once, lost to Skorp, and realized that it was better not to start.

I just came across this map. It's incredibly relevant today! Every Ukrainian patriot simply must play it! ;)
It's symbolic that lava and Inferno surround the Russian territory. :D

Just the description alone is worth something... After reading it, you don't just lose the desire to play, but you also don't even want to look at the author's other maps (if there are any).

Well, at least something usually dropped.

Firstly, there is no Necromancy (it cannot be purchased at all) and no Navigation (it’s obvious anyway) – so it’s not even a complete set of skills for a Count.

Resist is actually quite good in the late game. Otherwise, it only gave decent skills about once out of three times, but even then, it wasn't always possible to spend the main time on visiting.

This is exactly the kind of royal university I've always dreamed of.

I wouldn't mind playing on anarchy mode.

Papal, but it's rarely used for the first tier unit... In that case, a tent should be placed here as well.
