Tomorrow, the 2nd round of the Winter Crusade ends. I remind you that players who have not played a single match will be excluded from the tournament. Based on the experience from the previous stage, I can say that it will be better for everyone if we exclude non-playing participants at the beginning of the tournament, rather than scheduling mandatory dates for catch-up matches and tracking attendance at the end. Group 1 BA/IEHOK - 1 game played, but where is the report?! kalababa - requested a timeout, I hope you will catch up with us in the new year. Group 2 theShevanesian - do you want to continue the tournament? Unfortunately, my last week was very busy. I couldn't find time to talk to you on ICQ. Group 3 R55Max - will there be results? I hope so, after all, you are the tournament organizer and understand everything better than I do. Group 4 MaxGor - cannot continue the tournament, I hope he will return to the game someday. Group 5 bGu121 - withdrew from the tournament, perhaps he was too hasty. He still has time to return to the tournament after the new year.

I have the desire, and I have a save file with the "Romance" campaign that we haven't finished yet; I'll try to play a few games during the holidays.

Finally opened up)
Opp chose all the rest, I have only one left, and then Monere shows up as the starter, 2 native and Galtran as 4th, who gets logistics on 2nd level. Anyway, first week not a single necro, and I was 1 mercury short for the birds (but whatever, 3 respawn air external dwellings, although I didn't take the 3rd one. On day 121 I had 222 skeletons. On day 122 a level 3 Griffin Conservatory, day 123 a level 3 Griffin Conservatory and 300+ skeletons. On day 124, in 1 turn, first I take a box with 60 Vampire Lords for 15k experience and a Dragon Fly Hive with 6 Wyverns with a box of 60 Pikemen for 18 Berserkers, just perfect meat for a level 2 Dragon Utopia which I took the same day. It gave a shield +12, helmet +5, a tome of fire, and a cart wood+1. The opponent sees all this from scouting and surrenders, despite 4 home Griffin Conservatories. P.S. Galtran is imba!

Only built cavalry in the fort. Lost 1 cav on 127.
Went out to the adjacent zone, and there was the opponent. Didn't take the Castle due to RR, stayed put. Opponent attacked. Decent terrain, 3 gr. cavalry, 14 spearmen, and 16 gremlins from an external dwelling closed with tactics 39 gr. archers, who shot everyone down. The opponent had 28 air elementals, which dealt weak damage to the cavalry. If max damage had come, I would have lost (maybe).

I confirm, I blundered, attacked with almost no mana and got my face bashed in :) I had superiority in meat, it was enough to just sit in the castle right under his nose. Thanks for the game!

I don't remember the restarts; I started playing probably because of the surface start + an external dwelling of gogs. But after breaking through to the center on day 2, I hit a one-way passage in the swamp =[br][/br] I killed the AI Tower, built efreets in the citadel, and ran to the corner. There was a native village there, Pandora's Boxes for experience and gold, Maria leveling Pathfinding, Wisdom, and Logistics, then Tactics and Attack. I cut down about 70 demons and returned home.
On week 3, I decided to go into the treasure zone from the swamp. I dive in, and there's a metro system 2 tiles in size, with the guardians of this great underground wealth on one of them xD. I have a Fly scroll in my pocket, and Air Magic appeared. I spent 2 days just killing the Cyclopes and built a 5th mage tower. There was nothing interesting in the tower itself, but I could fly to another part of this treasure zone through a different entrance. I scouted around there until the end of week 3, took a small Dragon Fly Hive, some gold, experience in a box, Boots of Speed, and returned home. In the corner village, I built a fort and recruited demons.
On week 4, I took the growth and flew into the revealed treasure zone through the mountains. I ran through this zone with Fly all week, took 2 Dragon Utopias with a Helm for week 5, a +4 All Stats shield, and a +12 sword. I upgraded the double fully for growth. I built a mage tower with a Library in the Tower, still didn't get Town Portal.
On week 5, I built Gates in the Infernos, bought all the meat, and jumped from the corner zone to the nearest gray castle. I took the Dungeon and doubled my mana. Meanwhile, the roaches found 2 more Dragon Utopias. I collected this loot — a КЗ and various junk appeared. Through scouts, I saw in the hero's reachable zone that Neela seemed to be about to attack. I upgraded 300 demons and jumped to the hero — and indeed it was Neela, one turn away from the Cloak of Renunciation. I forgot to equip the Shackles and attacked. The stats were slightly higher and much more mana, but very little meat — 6 Titans, 9 Angels, and various native rabble. Because I didn't split the demons, I risked being hit by Berserk or Blind, but I managed to cast Haste and Anti-Magic. I cut down the Titans, Angels, and some other stuff. The opponent resurrected 7 Angels and conceded.
I returned home; by the growth of week 6, I had 400+ horned ones. On day 222, Neela was spotted again in the visible zone. I reached her with Shackles, and she surrendered.

A map scarce on Dragon Fly Hives and Griffin Conservatories; having revealed probably the 3rd map, I found 3 Griffin Conservatories for 9 angels and 1 Dragon Fly Hive for 12 somewhere deep in the metro at the very start. For a very long time, there was no main stack. I entered the 1st Utopia with 2 angels, 12 wyverns, and 12 nagas, with massive hunger only at level 142. Then another 3 Utopias: sword, helmet — on top of everything, and КВ all the loot. I built level 5 in 2 castles with a library, but found nothing worthwhile. Through scouting, I found the enemy main; I wanted to catch him at 211, hoping to get maybe ГГ or his army, or at least buy out the growth, but I got caught with 300 demons.
There was probably still a chance in the FB if I had immediately started massing air elementals with expert air magic and the sphere, 96 at a time — maybe something would have worked out. Then I got caught again with 3 tactics +3 speed and mass haste.

I liked that after losing badly, my opponent tried to make up for it by repeatedly trying to wear me down, while the reduction in my army during these attempts was less than the number of units I recruited or found in artifacts during the same period. :)
