If the opponent doesn't have basic protection – a crystal or a helmet. Artifacts are useful too. That's why I always say that you can't go anywhere without artifacts. Put them on, and you're good to go. Order is ensured!

And what about Illusions? There’s no art for them, but Illusions are the main weapon of Haven. And the general slowing effect is also useful.

I agree. Absolutely right. Haven is powerful. Don't forget about hypnosis and phantom as well. And in general, almost every spell there is a treasure!

AHA! Just one Berserk is worth it!!! :D But I haven't played as Haven in a long time! It's BORING! :p Too easy! That's why I immediately go into battle and level up! :D :cool:

I'm not tired of it yet... It's still a great magic school, castle, and units. A treasure trove of spells. It has everything. But I really love leveling up lords. My passion is turning a small, defenseless hero into a powerful economic engine!

I just respect the Barbarians, :) they don't really need mana! And they have defense against both magic and physical attacks! And I always level them up quickly in combat! :D :cool:

Once again, no one has canceled the defense cloak! And the hero needs to have good combat skills so as not to die, but to gain experience standing on his feet with his head held high! :D And the army just sits at home! Until you level up the hero properly!

The army will gather dust at home, which is a shame :) But that's what an army is for – to fight. And to level up a Barbarian to the point where he's like Rambo, you need a lot of experience, which isn't easy to get on small maps.

I don't really enjoy playing on small maps! You don't get the same satisfaction from leveling up your hero! That's why I chose Battle Mage! :D :cool:

I don't like small maps either. I prefer a larger scale. Although, in online play, I fully understand that smaller maps are more convenient.

Yes, when playing online! But what about playing on one computer or on a local network? And you know that "no one is forcing anyone to do anything" (Not my quote, though :D)! And you can enjoy the game to the fullest for a long time! :D

A Battle Mage is the optimal choice for players who value good defense against everything, especially when playing as Haven! :D :cool:

When playing as Haven, it's better to choose Archmage or Sorcerer. IMHO, and also, HotA rocks! Long live the AI opponent and the local network!

To each their own... But while you're leveling up your archmage... :)
