It's a good proposal. An interesting contest, and it will be interesting to read—just looking at photos is more boring. Especially since appearance is a matter of personal preference: some people just don't like brunettes, no matter what. But reading how the participants compete in wit is another story.
Only thing is, I see many didn't understand this point:

Thank god, I can't do 150 push-ups; my record is 50. So there's no need to worry or try to pass the other highly artistic trials.

Well, what can I say? I think that an online battle is not a battle in Heroes in any way...
I had an idea that all the girls would gather (it would be best if it was just one group, although it could be divided into several groups), and I would ask questions in turn, and wait for answers. I would count the correct answers and add them to the score of each of the contestants, and then a poll would be opened, where everyone could vote for each of the girls! (and it would also be counted).

The idea is actually good, but you need to think very carefully about the tasks so that it is interesting for all the participants, as well as for the judges. Decide as soon as possible, otherwise, if the discussion drags on for too long, some will lose the desire to compete (I know this from my own experience).
Regarding online... the question is indeed controversial. It is almost impossible to gather everyone, and dividing them into groups doesn't seem appealing... I can suggest creating a thread where questions will be asked (or in this one), and the answers will be written in private messages, otherwise, if one girl reads a message from her opponent, she may have problems with her own answer (I am convinced of this from my own experience).

let the guys post questions for the participants, but specifying who the questions are for. Then, individual tasks will be created for each participant based on those questions. As an additional bonus, each girl will ask a question to the others.
