Posts from Might & Magic X: Legacy
The game became available on Steam as an early access title. Today, I'll just wait, and tomorrow I'll buy it and play! ^_^
So, is it only possible to buy it through this Steam thing?!
Yesterday, I received an email stating that it's available as a physical disc and as a digital download, but the links don't provide any information on how to buy it... :smile35:
There are many questions, but this is a beta, and it even has subtitles and a menu in Russian (you need to restart the game after selecting the language).
If the rapid change between day and night bothers anyone, I found a Ubisoft forum. I'll try tweaking the config today.

And what does the death cutscene look like (when heroes die), or did they forgo a cutscene altogether?  For example, in Might and Magic VI, there was Death in a boat, and in Might and Magic IX, there was a celestial gatekeeper. :)
And what does the death animation look like (when heroes die), or did they do without one?
It looks like a screenshot. Art of a moon silk skeleton from Duel of Champions.
Are the soundtracks already available, or will they only appear closer to the game's release?

In general, the game currently has a foundation for 3 classes for each race, let's speculate on who might be there. In my opinion, there will definitely be some kind of gnome mage, like a Rune Priest or something similar, who will be a Master (they've translated GM to Master now :( ) in fire magic. The current human mage doesn't become a Fire Master, and even the Guardian, who is essentially a gnome warrior, only has a basic understanding of fire magic, as he is a child of Arkat. And for the elves, I expect a mage-druid with a Master of Earth, for the same reasons. Among the warriors, the Masters of Leather Armor and Swords are not covered. I think humans will have paladins, who will master swords and use light magic to some extent, and I would give leather armor to the elf warrior. I have no idea what class to add for the orcs, besides a shaman. And even then, I haven't decided on the shaman's skills yet, probably air and earth, but there should be something else too.
What are your suggestions?

I don't want to spoil the fun of guessing the upcoming game classes. But, no, I'll say it anyway: the names of all the classes are in the game resources of the "beta".

But aren't there skill trees for each class?
He ruined everything... Just write who it will be then.
MERCENARY - WINDSWORD
CRUSADER - PALADIN
FREEMAGE - ARCHMAGE
BLADEDANCER - BLADEMASTER
RANGER - WARDEN
DRUID - DRUID ELDER
DEFENDER - SHIELD GUARD
SCOUT - PATHFINDER
RUNEPRIEST - RUNELORD
BARBARIAN - WARMONGER
HUNTER - MARAUDER
SHAMAN - BLOODCALLER
But for now, it is unknown which skills will be available to whom.
