So, here's the situation: a total of 49 people registered. We decided not to create a bracket for 48 players because it would have significant inaccuracies, and we wanted all participants to be involved. Therefore, we decided to run the tournament using the system originally planned for 64 players, but the situation has changed slightly due to the lack of players. In the first round, in the first group (4 players), everything proceeds as planned, with 2 players advancing. In the remaining 15 groups in the upper bracket, 2 players also advance, but instead of 2, only 1 player moves to the lower bracket. In the second round, everything is normal in the upper bracket, but in the lower bracket, the players in the first round wait for the players from the upper bracket of the second round to join them. So, in the end, in 15 groups in the first round, 1 player is eliminated, except for the first group, where 2 players are eliminated. In the lower bracket, in the first round, the players wait for the results of the second round in the upper bracket. I will describe the further steps, so if you have any questions, please ask.
