I am pleased to announce that the first Russian translation of Might & Magic 4: Clouds of Xeen will be released sometime in early to mid-May of this year.
The translation is being done as part of the "Old-Games.RU Translation Bureau"; it will include the game itself, a Russian-language manual, and a world map of Xeen with translated names. All in-game texts and some graphics have been fully translated.

The first ever Russian translation of Might & Magic 4: Clouds of Xeen has been released!

The translation was created as part of the "Old-Games.RU Translation Bureau for Old Games" project. It includes the game itself, a Russian-language manual, and a world map of Xeen with translated names. All in-game texts and graphics have been completely translated.

The translation has been updated to version 1.1!

Thanks to your suggestions, several minor inaccuracies have been corrected, the display of information in the "Identify Monster" spell window has been adjusted (now long monster names do not overlap with their health indicators), and the key for switching to Russian has been changed from Scroll Lock to Caps Lock (to assist users with keyboards that do not have a Scroll Lock key).
Also, a bug with the incorrect display of subtitles in the final video has been fixed.

The translation has been updated to version 1.2!

It fixes a bug where the word "bell" wouldn't fit, and also changes the way you switch from English to Russian keyboard layout. Now, to enter Russian text, you need to press the F11 key, and to switch back to English layout - F12.

Please note that the hotkeys only work when the English keyboard layout is active!
