I downloaded the build. I installed it, the local network is configured, meaning there is ping and the computers can see each other (access is open), the game launches and everything works, but when connecting via TCP/IP, one computer cannot see the other that is acting as the server, and vice versa. This is probably a well-worn issue, but it still remains a problem, so I'm asking those who have actually solved it to respond. In general, I can't play with anyone over the internet. I mainly tested it through Hamachi, using identical versions with the latest HD mod. Firewalls and brandmauer are disabled; in short, the standard set of steps that have been described many times has been followed. It's more likely that the problem lies with the router, as there were fewer connection issues before I acquired it. Therefore, I've scoured the internet for information on opening ports, etc. I used the information from these Articles:

but, unfortunately, all to no avail. Out of desperation, I tried Gameranger, which immediately informed me about the presence of a router and a potentially problematic connection. In short, as I suspected, changing the client to create a virtual network didn't yield any results. I'm writing all this because I'm starting to lose hope.
