That makes perfect sense.

I'll help in any way I can; I also think it would be great to create campaigns for all the heroes. I just don't have the fourth game...

I could help with Heroes 4. I've read through it and understand that it's still in the planning stages... But just in case, I'd like to offer my assistance. The only thing I can't quite grasp is the plot... Could you enlighten me? :)

In general, the main storyline is being developed for a revival, but it has already been somewhat lost. Specifically for the fourth installment, the storyline is as follows: Lysander decides to find his relatives. To do this, he searches for and finds Sephinor as one of his relatives on his father's side. He learns that he has a brother, Robert, who remained on Enroth. He begins to search for ways to reach Enroth, looking for Sandro, Yog, Solmyr, and Crag Hack. Together, they open a portal to Enroth. And then, things unfold depending on the circumstances. You can create one campaign, or you can break it down into several.

Are you done with the third game?

I liked it. I'm just curious how Sandro can cooperate, for example, with Yog and others who opposed him. And why Enroth, and not Erathia Jadame? After all, Enroth is not a world, but just a country on the planet XEEN. And by the way (I remembered), Enroth is the world of the second game.

I just gave an example... There are simply heroes who are fundamentally incompatible. For example, Archibald and Roland Ironfist.

Archibald and Roland collaborated quite well. (Read the Might and Magic history by Demilich). We haven't finished with the third installment; there's just a temporary development standstill, but I hope we'll overcome it soon. Enroth is the world of the second and third games; it's also the mainland. The events take place in the world of Enroth, but on all three continents.

As far as I know, Enroth is just one continent, and the world is called Xeen.

As far as I remember, Tarnum hated wizards, but he had to become one himself. There shouldn’t have been any compatibility between them...

It's not that important. What matters much more is how we can tie everything together. Right now, it's proving difficult.

We haven't finished with the third game; we're just experiencing a development standstill for now. I hope we'll overcome it soon.

I wish you could overcome it soon. Let me know when you start working on the fourth game! I'll try to contribute with my modest skills. I'm currently improving my skills in the map editor.

I just don't feel very comfortable with the third game. I can test it to some extent, but I'm not on very good terms with the editor yet (but I'm trying... :). But I saw in the "Team Revival" thread that you have plenty of testers...

This way, you can work on all versions simultaneously. The main thing is to maintain the storyline. So, if you're interested, feel free to start developing campaigns for the fourth installment. I would be very grateful, as I haven't had the time to do it myself. I have ideas, but the implementation is the problem ;)
