Well, at least according to the calendar, winter has finally ended (although you wouldn't know it from the weather in Moscow).

The winter season is over; we are finishing and confirming reports.

Information from AK.
From this season onwards, by decision of AK, reports for games involving players listed in the Black List will not be taken into account in the ranking.
If a player on the Black List wants to redeem himself, he can continue playing in the Season without a rating (this condition must be agreed upon with the opponent in advance) and write reports after the completion of the games, attaching daily save files. These reports will help AK make a decision if the issue of rehabilitation arises in the future.

I confirm.
112. I break through to the neighboring resp, where I see a Dragon Utopia and an external dwelling of snipers. But the road immediately runs into 6K guards, so I turn back. At home, I find an external dwelling of elves and a Griffin Conservatory. Despite the opponent having a native town, I decide to play.
113. The second road is blocked completely by 10+ stacks of ghostly power liches and 20+ stacks of gorgons. A sawmill and an ore pit are somewhere behind them. Plans change; I'll have to upgrade the elves and break through to the corner.
115-116. I break through to the corner, but there's nothing interesting there yet, and the passage to the village is also blocked. However, I found a path to the AI's resp through rough terrain, where I place a chain.
117. I go to the underground lava. At home, wood and pegasi are in the fort; I was 115 gold short of a citadel :(
121-125. I wander through the dungeon looking for the AI, collecting gold along the way. I eventually take its wood and ore, but there is no direct path from them to the town! After the game, I found out that the distance from the elevator to the town (if you know the optimal route!) was about 16500 MP.
126-127. I take a beehive +4 and natively upgrade gnomes, after which I spend many more days evacuating all heroes from the dungeon. At home, there is finally enough money for unicorns.
131. I bring up everything I can afford and decide to take on the home Griffin Conservatory. It turns out to be 2-4, with no special skills, but I decide to fight... I took out 120 griffins out of 200. The opponent offered an autosave, and I didn't refuse.
132-135. Kyrr breaks through the ghostly power liches (-50 centaurs) and runs along the road, only breaking through to the center on day 135.
Well, on day 137, the opponent appears with 5 angels and 10+ birds and superior stats, cutting Kyrr off from home. I considered buying my way back from the AI and trying my luck at the Griffin Conservatory and Dragon Utopia, but I assessed my chances as slim and decided not to drag it out.

I threw away a winning position. No doubt about it.

The spawn wasn't bad — got 2 stacks each of centaurs and dwarves, and 1 stack each of pegasi and dendroids. But I was only able to pick up the dendroids and dwarves (since their guards seemed inconvenient at first, and by the end of the week without crystals I couldn't get the centaurs built((( Ended up with 12345 in the castle on week one.
On week two I took all the stacks + all the gold objects (there was plenty of it) and built centaurs in the castle. On week three I took the secondary hero and cleared some of the map. I thought about going to the opponent at the end of week three, but couldn't find the passage, and my opponent broke through the GO himself on turn 136. But he made a mistake and went not to the castle, but slightly north, and as a result didn't take my growth. On turn 141 I bought everything and passed it to Ivor, who rushed to the main town. The fireball came from Ivor with a scout hero; thinking it was Ivor on an angel, the red player attacked not with the main stack. Followed by surrender.
