It seems they decided the winner of the nomination during a private meeting on Facebook. Tvarine deserves respect; he has improved significantly, but winning "Rookie of the Year" is clearly not enough to be named "Player of the Year."

For some reason, I associate it with the football title "Player of the Year." According to this principle, Messi has zero chance of winning the Ballon d'Or. He's been playing in Spain since childhood, but how many new promising players are there in Spain – they need to be encouraged.
