I did that. I activated the collector's edition and the pre-order version on top of my base version. The result: additional content was unlocked (5 heroes, 3 dynasty weapons, 1 map). I don't regret the purchase at all. But I don't see the point in buying the gold edition just for the exclusive map.
I entered the deluxe edition code in the main menu. Two wands appeared, but the campaigns didn't unlock. Do I need to unlock them separately? Otherwise, I'll start entering the code three times, and they might ban me...

Additional campaigns are only available in DLCs.
The main campaigns appear after completing the very first one for Vyacheslav, and the final one is unlocked after completing one regular campaign.
