It seems like the moderators enjoy deleting other people's posts. To me, it's the same as walking up to someone and shutting their mouth. And then saying, "Thank you, you're free to go."

I get even more enjoyment from reading messages in the "you're an idiot" category that span 5 pages :smile01:
Пусть мой враг будет силен и страшен. Если я поборю его, то не буду чувствовать стыда.
Ihtiandr, you're an idiot)) If you consider everything I just said to you as hypocrisy, then your level of development has remained on the amphibian side of your nickname. You waste other people's time, without any remorse, by leaving games. I don't report it in a single case – everyone makes mistakes, but with you, it's become the norm. You're just a stupid piece of garbage.
p.s. I apologize to everyone who had to witness this argument. Please move the posts to the forum or just delete them; I'll be quiet.
Guys, what do you think of this behavior from a tournament organizer? The guy has completely lost it... He's calling strangers stupid names for absolutely no reason. This is the example he's setting for young newcomers. Something needs to be done about this...

By the way, can't you make the AK section read-only? I'm also curious about what they're always discussing there. New topics keep appearing.

Of course, all of this was pointless rambling. But I personally didn't insult anyone in my messages, nor did I intend to, but I was insulted, and I can't stay silent in response.
I didn't really follow the argument, but I have my own opinion on this. If, in a battle, to achieve the best result, you need to make 1000 moves and spend 100 hours, then you should do it. If we have 1 harpy and the opponent has 100 golems, it doesn't mean we should give up to save time. And if we have archers, they should shoot - that's logical :)
Could you clarify, Kostya, which battle are you referring to? Between opponents, or just any battle in general?
Unfortunately, circumstances force me to create what seems like a funny topic at first glance.
Until today, the person with the nickname HellLighT, the organizer of the current "Новичок" tournament, made a quite adequate and good impression on me. At least, he didn't give any reason to pay special attention to him. But, unfortunately, our recent public conversation forced me to change my opinion.
Previously, we communicated only once. We decided to play Jebus Cross, postponed it, then I thought that things weren't going very well for me there and wrote to him about this, but said that I was ready to finish the game out of politeness so as not to upset him. He didn't reply to me. I didn't think much of it and soon forgot.
Today, during the discussion of the game in the M-200% tournament, he posted the following: HellLighT
I understand that mages would defeat everyone, just slowly; with their approach to the game, Ihtiandr has long been known - "I only play for fun" and "there is nothing to play here, I'm leaving," I personally vowed never to play funky again with him, but why does he, without following his code of enjoying the game, participate in tournaments... And in a tournament, there is a very important trend of striving for first place, so don't be surprised if people use slightly transparent or lengthy, but effective and "legal" ways to win.
In response to this rather unexpected post directed at me, I replied in a completely harmless way. You can find the further history of our correspondence in the forum. Throughout the dialogue, all his messages were filled with negativity and insults towards me, which appeared from nowhere.
He deleted his last post after some time, probably fearing to lose face: HellLighT
Ihtiandr, you are stupid)) If everything I have now thrown in your face seems like hypocrisy to you, then your level of development remained on the amphibian side of your nickname; you waste other people's time, unfeelingly leaving games; I don't report it in a single case – anything happens, but for you, it has become the norm; that's what kind of stupid crap you are.
p.s. I apologize to everyone who had to witness this squabble; please move the posts to the forum or just delete them; I will remain silent.
A person whom I communicated with only once and didn't say a single bad word about calls me "stupid," "a stupid piece of shit" publicly. I got the impression that he hates me. And refers to this as a "squabble," although in reality, the insults in the dialogue came only from him.
Agree, this is not very adequate behavior for a tournament organizer. You might say that these are our personal issues, and we should sort them out ourselves. But here, the question is different.
The point is that new people on the portal participating in Новичок will have to communicate with him. And if HellLighT is capable of such tone towards me, a stranger to him, he may also allow himself to speak like that to newcomers. Which naturally can cause negative emotions about the portal in general among newbies.
All of the above does not call anyone to anything but hopefully makes your life easier))
He deleted his last post after some time, probably because he was afraid of making a fool of himself.
I think I rightfully dunked you in fresh manure, and you decided not to lose face and are acting as if that's exactly what you should be doing... if you want to continue humiliating yourself, go ahead, I'm not going to participate in this.
