Regarding the restart mechanic, similar to the one in Heroes of Might and Magic III – when I was just starting to play Heroes of Might and Magic V (this summer, lol), I thought it was an interesting idea, but now I think it's unnecessary. It takes a lot of time to generate five maps, plus there's simply no need for it, as there aren't any impassable blocks like in Heroes of Might and Magic III. And randomizing dwellings won't significantly reduce this, as you often don't even see them on the third day, let alone the first. So, in my opinion, it should be made an option with mutual consent, and the default rule should remain the standard one for Heroes of Might and Magic V.

Each player in each round has the right to one restart with map regeneration, no later than the end of the 2nd day of the 1st week of the 1st month for participants of teams in 1st-4th place, 2 restarts no later than the 1st day, and 1 restart no later than the 2nd day of the 1st week of the 1st month for participants of teams in 4th-5th place.

I apologize, but the start date of the first round is unclear. 10 days isn't that long, and I don't want to violate the rules. I plan to participate in the tournaments for a very long time, both in the 5-player and 3-player formats.

Either I'm missing something or... does 10 days refer to a round (3 games) or just one game???

10 days is one round, meaning in 10 days you need to play 1 game against an opponent from the opposite group, according to the assigned positions, i.e., the top player against the top player, the second against the second, and so on.
The first stage consists of 30 days, meaning in 30 days you need to play 3 games against opponents in your group who are in the same position as you. But I understand that the organizers will draw the teams for the next rounds of the first stage, and you will be able to play early against an opponent in the same position as you, games 2 and 3 of the first stage, according to the draw. Thus, the first stage can be significantly shortened in terms of days.
I hope I explained everything correctly; let the organizers correct me if anything is wrong.

Dear tournament organizer, I suggest considering whether it is worthwhile for filosof to participate in this tournament. Judging by the recent tournaments, he is not very active. It is still not possible to play against him in the league. I don't see him on ICQ. Moreover, there are people who can replace him.
