We played random everything. We used all restarts. In the end, we started - I got Tower, and my opponent got Dungeon.

I took a crypt and revealed 2 external dwellings of gremlins. 112 Isra arrived - I decided that I would necro. I revealed another 1 external dwelling of gremlins. Scouting the respawn. 113 I kill the griffins that were guarding the ribs. 114 I clear various small fry with Isra and accumulate skeletons. 115 I reveal a shield +3 guarded by 70 spearmen. I break through them. 116 I head off-road towards the teal computer. And I reveal a sword +3 attack guarded by 20-49 golems. My opponent's computer is rampaging (It captured the castle and killed the main hero). 117 I clear the sword and obtain a combined artifact - Armor of the Damned. But my opponent conceded then.
Confirmed. Just a small correction, I had one more resurrection. I killed the computer in my Moner's castle with an army, and the money immediately disappeared, and my opponent keeps writing in the chat every turn that everything is great for him :D

It happened; I entered the Dwarven mine, and it was maxed out.
On day 1, I see an external dwelling of Eyes behind the gnolls, a Dwarf Cottage nearby, 5 crypts (of course they are not taken in the early days on dirt), a naga bank, a hive with 20+ vampires. Starting with 63 troglodytes total. The Eyes were not given, harpies are not built. Eyes are being built, a run with 5 heroes. In one direction, a block of efreet or 20+ mummies (there were exactly 49). Ciele used all her mana to push the passage towards the village, also breaking the defense of the naga bank, to allow passage for collecting free stuff.
On day 112, Eislin opens a Griffin Conservatory and another crypt on the way to the Eye dwelling. Harpy construction begins. An external Minotaur dwelling is revealed. 5 heroes, unclear who to level into the folders, GO is not visible.

Decided to play. 112-116 beat everyone we could, Kyrre cleared a path to the secondary and stopped next to it (unfortunate, could have entered and continued, time ran out...). 117 in the castle everything except dragons is built. Secondary captured — Fortress. 121 7 heroes including Kyrre (level 6) Gurney (4) Tazar (2) freed from prison — Sorsha (5), Aeris (10). The question arose of who to make the main... 122 everything was decided in favor of Gurney.
