Based on my analysis, it’s not Guru who should be eliminated, but Plesen. The only thing I don't understand is why Carnicero didn't write a note about the ears tonight. He could have simply overslept, or he could have robbed the Caravan on the second night (the Caravan's ND, used by him on the third night, would not be reflected), but why didn't he write about it in the note?

The Mafia could have just guessed and pointed randomly, in order to appear as if they were conducting a proper check. And they might have gotten lucky in terms of the information's plausibility.
