Huanito is a well-known player on WCL and promised that there would be no problems with the games, so we decided to include him in the list of participants.

If you are complete beginners in Heroes, you need to play at least a few games in the season and write a detailed report. During the draw, we will seed players into tiers, and we need to have an idea of the level of play.
Unfortunately, the situation similar to the one with Nestor86 repeats itself time and time again. A beginner plays with a good player, and he loses the desire to continue playing. We don't need dropouts and technical issues in the tournament.
Also, not all players will be happy if they have to spend 5 hours before the game teaching their opponent how to install Hamachi and where to click to start the game. For this, we will have a Beginner-Winter tournament in a couple of months.
And, of course, we want to have at least some guarantees against cheating and cloning.

Regarding my candidacy, my skill level is very close to a beginner. If low-skilled players are not welcome in this tournament, then I would probably wait for the next "Novice" one. But I do know what singletons, chains, hero classes, templates are, and why you should take Dragon Fly Hives and conservatories :) I played with Vaflya, and he said he would put in a good word if replays are requested :) In any case, it's up to the organizers to decide. I just wanted to find out sooner whether I will participate or wait for "Novice2012 - fall"? :) I don't like being left in limbo :)

Unknown players are not welcome in this tournament. Very often, there are situations where a player registers, signs up for the tournament, and disappears after a week. Such situations cause a lot of problems for the organizers and other participants. Therefore, such applications are considered by the organizers on an individual basis. And the level of skill has absolutely nothing to do with it.
