You and fil0sof failed to meet the deadline for the game in the 2nd round because fil0sof couldn't play. You requested an extension, and we granted it. The game was scheduled for August 27th at 10 PM. You only showed up at 11:30 PM. Then, after midnight, you asked me to generate maps. I generated the first map at 12:30 AM (the map generator was acting up) and sent the download link, but Zaocide was no longer online... I immediately generated two more maps and sent them, but neither fil0sof nor Zaocide showed up to play. On the 28th and 29th, no one was in a hurry to play either: fil0sof was offline, and Zaocide was at a soccer game...
So, what decision was I supposed to make?
P.S. And it wasn't just me who made the decision; it was a collective one...

Killa, why are you generating maps for the players? Can't they do it themselves? It seems like the main problem is ordering a race, but this can be done even if the judge is offline – just submit the order and then announce to the opponent when both have submitted the order to the judge.

The judge informs both players of the selection result, after which a map is generated for the game, either by the judge or by the players themselves.

Quoting for those who like to apply without reading the rules:

Considering the objectivity of the judging, I'll describe our situation. I have a complete mess with opponents; there's no one to play with, even though I'm ready every day. So, if Bolivar doesn't show up tomorrow (since he apparently doesn't want to play remotely), consider it a technical loss for him. But if I have the opportunity to play with Bolivar before Wednesday, let the result of the game count. Any game not played for any reason before Wednesday is equivalent to a technical loss for Bolivar. If the judge disagrees with anything, just declare a technical loss!

We started a game with an opponent, but I work until Tuesday, so I'm requesting a postponement; we'll try to finish it.
