In difficult times, everyone needs support. Yes, the All-Powerful were successfully dealing with external threats, but the fact that a murderer had appeared among them clearly did not contribute to improving their mood. Some of them, such as
Sky, were on the verge of a breakdown. After a difficult night and an equally difficult day, he looked far from his best. Fortunately, he was visited by an old sage that night, and a conversation with him helped Sky to take a weight off his shoulders.
By the way, about weights. A certain creature had its own special attitude towards them. That night, it crept up to
Arandor, who was sleeping peacefully, resting his head on his front paws. He had no chance against the spell of transformation. In a few seconds, it was all over. The creature rubbed its hands in satisfaction. "I'll call this composition 'Sleeping Reptile.' Brilliant," it said to itself. "Now, I need to move you to my secluded little place..." The mad "sculptor" snapped his fingers, and the room was empty. Not a single trace of living creatures remained.
Gur, as usual, was making his nightly rounds of the Club to make sure everything was okay. After all, the responsibility for the well-being of this place now rested on his shoulders. Gur's attention was drawn to the sound of piano music coming from the music room. Intrigued, he entered and saw a pale man in a flamboyant black suit. Not wanting to interrupt his playing, Gur quietly sat down on one of the chairs. However, the musician noticed the newcomer and finished the melody with a loud, minor chord. "Lovely, I was just about to come to you," he said softly. Gur simply smiled in response: "If something is bothering you, I can definitely help you. After all, it's hardly the only thing I'm good for." The man just nodded and approached the seated figure. "Yes, to be honest, something is bothering me..." - with these words, he raised his hand and attacked Gur with a burst of dark energy, which instantly killed the poor fellow. The vampire lowered himself to the deceased and closed his eyelids, saying, "My apologies, but evil must be eradicated." After that, he left the music room, leaving a 1936 novel by an author born in Osnabrück on the piano lid.
