I am not a judge, so I cannot judge. The reasons are not clear to me, as I have hardly played with the participants of this tournament. However, according to rumors, it seems to be an unfortunate situation, but that's okay. Decent people don't live by rumors. Good luck to all participants +3 in the tournament.

Based on the voting results for Time limit:
in the group stage, we play on 2SM4d(3), Balance (L-U), Panic, Anarchy - 6 minutes, Jebus cross - 10 minutes, and on all other maps - 8 minutes.
Before the game, check what time limit your opponent voted for; you might agree to increase it.
In the playoffs, the time per turn may change; Tanya will recalculate this for only those who advance from the group stage.

The tournament rules will be as follows:
Stage 1. Group stage. 10 groups of 5 players each. The top 2 players with the most points advance from each group. I will write down all the details about advancing in case of a tie later. For now, you can start playing.
Stage 2. The 20 players who advance from the groups will be joined by 4 tournament winners. We will play Full Double Elimination - up to 6 players - 3 in the upper bracket, 3 in the lower.
Stage 3. This is essentially the FB (Full Double Elimination), a round-robin tournament of these 6 players, BUT the games between them from the second stage will be taken into account.

Regarding additional registrations.
Since withdrawals are possible, we will register players as reserves for the first 2 weeks. If there are vacancies in any of the groups, we may make replacements.
