But am I right in understanding that part of the key is given when you capture the Necropolis? That makes 4! And I don't get one for the southwest... plus, when transitioning to Tears-2, a "Choice" quest appears (the main one) - choose between the class of Tears or Blood, and this is already impossible.
I'm a bit fuzzy on the details, but how many Necropolis castles are there right after the human castle on the vertical path leading downwards? One or two? I think there's one, and then a path between the mountains, and after that, there are castles and fortresses in different directions.
And I just didn't understand – we captured the second Haven castle, the gates opened, we captured the Necropolis castle, then we went through a passage (through a gorge) to a large territory. There are Necropolis castles and fortresses all around. What "second" Necropolis castle are we talking about?
Thank you. I guess I'll have to replay and not take so long.

I can't seem to beat it either; I can pass it on normal difficulty, but on hard, I get wiped out by a single Necromancer, and sometimes a human shows up on week 2 and defeats me. What skills did you upgrade, and did you choose "Path of Blood" or "Path of Tears"?
Hello everyone. Can you please tell me if I'm the only one having this problem? I can't get past the first Necropolis town. After capturing Castle Rock, while my army is weakened, a Necropolis player with "high" threat level attacks – I replenish my forces and defeat him. Then I go through the newly opened gate and see the Necropolis with a "deadly" threat level. I've tried many things here: I waited for a month, building up my army until the threat level was "high," but they still defeat me – both in auto-battle and manually. Please advise on how to get past them. Or am I doing something wrong from the very beginning?

And also, why does he have so many warriors, no summons, and only 3rd-level magic?

Can you suggest how to lure the Necromancers out of the castle? Maybe someone has an idea. I even ran around with secondary heroes to lure them out, but there are 200 liches inside, and I started the mission with a Warrior and chose the Path of Blood. There's no summoning ability, although accumulating 1000 points by the 2nd mission also seems a bit harsh. By the time I break down the gates, he's already taken out 40 dogs with just liches. It's possible to win, but it's a pity for the dogs, and there's nothing to resurrect them with. It's generally difficult against Necromancers; draining doesn't work, there are no flying units for the Demon, teleportation is only available for the Demon Mage, and it's also difficult to reach level 15 by the 2nd mission.
You can weaken enemies in castles using the standard method; usually, they deploy a secondary hero at the castle gates, giving him about 10% of the army. You can repeatedly defeat this secondary hero with minimal losses, or even without any losses, without attacking the main hero. Gradually, the main hero's army will decrease.
